Ingredients: (yields 2 servings)
- 5 stalks of asparagus (chopped)
- 1 cup of broccoli (chopped)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 8 oz of sirloin (chopped to bite size pieces)
- 10 Shrimp (medium to large size)
- 1/8 cup oyster sauce
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Instant Brown Rice
- Heat extra virgin olive oil over med to med high heat.
- Add sirloin and start to brown on each side. (approx. 5 minutes)
- Add the asparagus, broccoli, and green onions.
- Using a 1/4 measuring cup, fill half with oyster sauce, and the other half with soy sauce, add to veggies and sirloin. Cover with a pan and cook approximately 10 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Add shrimp, cover, and cook (stirring occasionally) until the shrimp is pink.
- Spoon meat and veggies over brown rice, enjoy!
